My Child Has ADD/ADHD, Will This Summer Camp Work for Them?

Absolutely! In fact the martial arts are one of the TOP recommended activities for kids with ADD, ADHD, and AuDHD because of its balanced approach to high-energy activity in a structured, consistent environment. Karate gets kids with ADHD the energy release they want, alongside the discipline they need! Our Summer Camp environment makes it even better — with more activities scheduled throughout the day to keep things fun, high-energy, and engaging!

My Child Is Not Athletic, Will They Feel Left Out?
